E & C Olague is a family livestock and meat business run out of our own farm. We source healthy animals, have them slaughtered zabiha at a halal slaughterhouse, and deliver them whole to the stores that serve their communities.
Because we run the animals and the route ourselves, we stay flexible on volume and timing. When you call, you're talking to the people who actually raise and deliver the meat — and as your store grows, we grow the order with you.
